Jogaobet Terms & Conditions — Know Before You Play

1. General Overview

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between the Jogaobet platform and its users. Jogaobet (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the company") is a licensed online Sports Betting service provider.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. Jogaobet will never ask for your password. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to us immediately.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirement

6. Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless a technical error is proven
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting can change at any moment; the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply
• Jogaobet reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• Bets may be suspended if match-fixing or other irregular activity is suspected
• Maximum single bet amount is determined by player level

7. Prohibited Activities

• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Registering with false or incomplete information
• Bonus abuse (arbitrage betting, bonus hunting)
• Using automated software or bots to place bets
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems
• Using the platform for money laundering
• Threatening or harassing other users
• Abusive behavior toward staff

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Jogaobet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a terms violation
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information
• Upon a self-exclusion request under the Responsible Betting policy
• At the direction of a regulatory authority

Users may request to close their account at any time. Any valid balance can be withdrawn before closure; however, if the account is closed due to a terms violation, funds may be withheld.

9. Responsible Betting

Jogaobet's decision is final in dispute resolution, though users retain the right to seek recourse through the appropriate authorities.

11. Limitation of Liability

Jogaobet is not liable for the following:

• Bets missed due to internet connectivity issues
• Issues with the user's own device or software
• Delays or failures by third-party payment gateways
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions
• Outcomes resulting from the user's own betting decisions

Jogaobet does not guarantee winnings on any bet. All betting carries financial risk and is entirely the responsibility of the user.

12. Changes to Terms & Effective Date

Jogaobet reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via email or through the platform at least 7 days in advance.

Continued use of Jogaobet after any changes have taken effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may close your account.
